Booking 5 or more room reservations

     We are pleased to accommodate your needs for hotel room blocks for upcoming events. All Yager events are contracted with hotels in order to provide the guaranteed lowest available hotel rates and a great event at the lowest possible ticket price. These events require a large financial commitment by the Yager organization and we encourage all our attendees to stay at our official hotels and book only via iboevents.com to help ensure we keep our hotel and ticket prices as low as possible. Staying in our official hotels also maximizes your networking opportunities.

        Because of the financial liabilities that are incurred when hotel rooms go unused, and in fairness to all those who need rooms at the event, we must carefully manage those who have multiple hotel room reservations and have established a policy regarding multi-room blocks (5 rooms or more). We appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines to ensure your group is fully accommodated:

• Please do not book more than 4 rooms online under the same name/credit card without completing a Group Room Block Contract (link below).  More than 4 rooms booked under the same name/credit card without this form are subject to cancellation.
• A valid credit card guarantee is required and may be authorized by the hotel at any time to ensure each room is guaranteed. You may submit individual names and credit cards for final payment of the room deposit (one night's room and tax) prior to the deadline on the form.
• If you need 5 or more rooms you must complete and return the Group Room Block Contract and fax to 800-813-1771.

• Submit your group rooming list and individual credit card numbers back to us at service@iboevents.com by the deadline noted on the form.
• We will provide individual confirmation numbers for each room reserved. Please do not contact the hotel regarding reservations since this may create double-billing for you.
